Peninsula Emergency Medicine and Trauma Conference

    29/03/14 - 30/03/14

    | £72

The Peninsula Emergency Medicine and Trauma Conference 2014 is the third national level conference hosted by the Peninsula Trauma and Emergency Care Society. Taking place at the Future Inn in Plymouth on the 29th – 30th March 2014, we are laying on a feast for all interested in Emergency Medicine and Trauma care, from trainees to junior doctors, paramedics and medical students, there is something for everyone.

Following on from the success of both the 2010 and 2012 conferences, we intend to organise a conference of high standards and interesting topics for all.

Our vision describes our passion for providing a top class educational opportunity through:

Originality: Our programme is designed from scratch, with the most relevant and influential speakers invited from across the UK. Novel and inventive break-out and smaller sessions customise the experience for all.

Impact: We confront the key challenges facing emergency care both large and small, focussing on the needs and perspectives of students, trainees and the wider team.

Innovation: 2014 will see increased focus on interactive breakout, small group teaching and industry collaboration.

Affordability and Access: Being not for profit means that our interests are firmly vested in patient care and professional development, all our committee are volunteers and all our savings are reflected in extraordinary value, with no compromise on quality.

Excellence in execution:  Positive experiences are key to our mission. Over 98% of our 2010 and 2012 delegates agreed.
