• FREE – ATACC Trauma Course Manual

    The ATACC (Anaesthesia, Trauma & Critical Care) Faculty have released their ATACC 8th Edition Course manual, and in the spirit of the FOAM movement, have made it freely available on their website for download.

    ATACC is a totally non-commercial, not for profit organisation and Faculty members receive no remuneration orpayment for their work. All income from the course is re-invested back into the programme, which has now beenrunning for over 15 years in the UK.

    The course is now 15 years old and is accredited by two Royal Colleges, numerous emergency services and runs frequently throughout the year for candidates drawn from all areas of medicine and trauma care. ATACC is now an international organisation with both faculty members and candidates being drawn from various countries around the world. Everyone involved gives a tremendous amount of time and effort to maintain the high standards of both trauma and pre-hospital care that we have set. The aims and ethos of the ATACC organisation are to develop, educate and perform the Gold Standard of trauma and pre-hospital clinical care.
